Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Lead to elevate our customer experience and ensure smooth daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. As a key team member, you will oversee front-of-house activities, lead staff training, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and baristas, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee shift management, coordinating staff schedules to meet business needs while maintaining optimal service levels. Train new team members on food handling, POS systems such as Toast and Square, customer service protocols, and food safety standards. Manage customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory control for front-of-house supplies, including bar stock, utensils, and linens, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cash handling duties with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area in compliance with health regulations and company standards. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or hospitality leadership within quick service or fast food restaurants; fine dining or casual dining experience is highly desirable. Strong background in supervising teams, conducting staff training, and managing restaurant operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and Square; experience with cash handling is essential. Knowledge of food preparation, food safety practices, inventory control, and kitchen management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop team members effectively. Demonstrated leadership in managing shifts, budgeting, and overseeing food production or catering services. Experience in hospitality management environments such as hotels or banquet facilities is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer service.
