Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain food safety and quality standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills while working in a vibrant, customer-focused setting.Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including training, coaching, and performance management to ensure excellent service delivery Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours Manage food service processes such as food preparation oversight, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards Assist with staff hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives to build a strong team Support kitchen management by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen staff for efficient food production and service Implement customer service best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Contribute to budgeting efforts by managing labor costs and controlling operational expenses Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong background in hospitality management, including team management and staff training & development Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and kitchen operations Previous experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage shift schedules effectively while maintaining high operational standards Culinary experience or fine dining background is a plus; hotel or banquet experience is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and food management processes Join us as a Front of House Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, delight guests, and elevate our restaurant's reputation.We are committed to fostering a vibrant workplace that values growth, teamwork, and excellence in every aspect of hospitality!
