Boise Brewing is a locally owned and internationally recognized brewery with on-site taproom and full-service restaurant. We're accepting resumes for the Front of House Manager position in our vibrant, community-oriented establishment. Job description: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join our team and oversee all customer facing restaurant operations. Front of House Manager duties include ensuring staff are motivated to perform their best so that our guests experience exceptional service. You'll work with our talented brewers and chefs dedicated to producing great food alongside high-quality, world-class beers. Responsibilities: Manage all service staff including: hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders Create and manage schedules for front of house service staff Uphold and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operation of the restaurant including cleaning, health and safety standards, cash handling procedures, inventory control and customer service standards Oversight of kitchen expo and table service to ensure all food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly and accurately Address customer concerns quickly and professionally Work closely and collaborate with owners, brewers, kitchen and other management staff Operating and managing POS systems including Toast, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Requirements: 2+ years experience in management of a full-service restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills Able to be on one’s feet for extended periods of time Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
