Join the Makers & Finders leadership team in Henderson. This is a unique hybrid role that combines serving, leadership, and hands-on restaurant operations in a fast-paced brunch environment. Pay: $18-$21 per hour for supervising shifts DOE This position is a combination of both serving and supervising . Team members in this role will work: 2 serving shifts per week as part of the regular FOH team 2 supervising shifts per week leading and supporting restaurant operations Serving shifts include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, processing payments, maintaining section cleanliness, and creating a welcoming dining experience. Supervising shifts focus on supporting daily operations, assisting the FOH team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring guests have a great experience. Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations during service Lead and assist the FOH team throughout shifts Ensure excellent guest service and team performance Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and restaurant standards Assist with opening and closing duties Handle guest and employee concerns professionally Complete daily reports and communicate with management Enforce steps of service and company standards Assist with FOH/bar inventory and checkout procedures Expectations Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional appearance Team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities Previous restaurant experience preferred FOH Supervisors are expected to lead by example and uphold Makers & Finders standards, professionalism, and hospitality at all times. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Experience Supervising/Management: 1 year (Preferred) Restaurant management: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Food Handler Certification (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
