Job OverviewWe are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.You will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and contribute to the overall success of our vibrant restaurant environment.Duties Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service.Oversee shift management by coordinating schedules, assigning duties, and maintaining optimal staffing levels to meet business needs.Ensure all food handling and service procedures comply with food safety regulations and company standards.Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.Monitor inventory control processes to maintain proper stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize food presentation.Train new team members on service protocols, food preparation standards, POS operation, and customer engagement techniques.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.Support budgeting efforts by managing labor costs, controlling expenses, and maximizing operational efficiency.Promote a positive team environment through ongoing training & development initiatives and leadership by example.Experience Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on front-of-house operations.Extensive knowledge of food service management including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.Hands-on experience with POS systems is highly preferred.Demonstrated supervising experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.Strong background in customer service excellence within hospitality or restaurant industries.Experience in staff training & development along with interviewing potential team members.Leadership skills that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a welcoming environment for guests.Join us as our Front of House Manager to lead with energy, inspire your team every day, and create unforgettable experiences for our guests!
