Wild Barley Kitchen & Brewery is a localy owned San Antonio brewpub focused on quality and customer service. We started in 2019 as a food truck and have been operating our brick-and-mortar location since 2022. Our appearance on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in January of 2025 has helped us grow into a high-volume operation. We're looking for great people who love serving others and are ready to work hard alongside us. Front of House: Our team are focused on amazing customer service. We all share in the responsibilities of order taking, pouring beer, running food, bussing/cleaning, dishes and more. Our FOH staff are expected to speak not only on our menu, but also to share wisdom about craft beer to our customers. Experience with craft beer isn't 100% necessary, but you have to be ready to study and learn. Our FOH staff is heavily involved in expediting food and supporting the kitchen. Opportunities do exist to work in both the FOH and kitchen (multiple staff members split time between FOH and BOH). Passion for people is a must. From 10am to 3pm we serve breakfast and lunch, mostly via sandwiches, and from 3pm to 9pm we serve pizzas, wings, burgers, sandwiches and more. We specialize in sourdough and fermentation, while also processing our own meats, and pouring energy into enhancing all of our ingredients. Wild Barley is currently operated by a staff of 28 people.
