Front of House Staff

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team at our bakery & cafe. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take orders, answer questions and serve food and beverages efficiently. Prepare food and ensure presentation meets our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care. Uphold health and safety standards in food service practices. Qualifications Knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation techniques preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
