Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times Take and accurately relay customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Serve food and drinks in a courteous manner, adhering to proper food handling procedures Support banquet and catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing after service Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including dining spaces, bar areas, and service stations Experience Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service adds value to your skill set Prior banquet or event experience demonstrates your ability to manage high-volume service smoothly A background in the food industry combined with hospitality skills ensures a well-rounded approach to guest satisfaction Pay: From $50.00 per day Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
