Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Front of House Team Member and Beverage Cart Team Member, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests.In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming visitors, serving food and beverages, and ensuring smooth operations on the course or venue.Your energy will help foster a fun, engaging atmosphere while maintaining high standards of service, food safety, and cleanliness.Whether you're preparing snacks in the caf or delivering drinks on the beverage cart, your positive attitude and attention to detail will make a lasting impression.Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS Prepare and serve food items, ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are met Operate the beverage cart efficiently, delivering drinks promptly while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing workspaces in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation tasks as needed in the caf or food service areas to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving and food prep duties Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling is advantageous Experience working in a restaurant, caf , grocery store, or food industry setting will help you excel in this role Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
