Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently to minimize wait times Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction Process payments accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and issue receipts Support team members during busy periods by multitasking across service responsibilities Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
