We are ACTIVELY seeking Hourly Managers to join our Boardwalk Team! If you have Bowling, Entertainment, Restaurant, Bar, or Kitchen management experience, this may be the job for you! We offer 80 lanes of bowling, A Luxury Billiards Room, 60 arcade games, live entertainment in one of our two bar areas, and FOUR private event spaces! Please read the job description below and apply to join the team Responsibilities may include (but not limited to): Supervise and coordinate all bar and restaurant activities and Team Members Oversee Guest services and execute service recovery Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage Team Members Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant/bar/venue needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: Minimum 2 years experience in bar management, food service, bowling or other related fields Previous bowling experience and/or strong bowling knowledge preferred Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail Additional Requirements: · Must be available to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays · Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 8-hour shifts · Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English. · Lift/carry up to 30 lbs. · Reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid training Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Application Question(s): Experience Managing 20+ employees at a time?
