Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and trustworthy Front Office Assistant to join our busy truck and trailer repair and towing business. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, friendly, and comfortable handling day-to-day office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist customers Create invoices and process payments Schedule and organize appointments/work orders Maintain customer records and paperwork Communicate with drivers, mechanics, and customers General front office and administrative duties Requirements: Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and office skills Dependable, honest, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a busy environment Administrative experience is preferred Previous office experience is a plus Pay: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience. Schedule Part-time or full-time available. Mainly Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
