Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing daily administrative tasks, supporting team management, and interfacing with customers and providing invoicing and bookkeeping Qualified individuals must be extremely organized with great customer service skills and in accounting and bookkeeping. Duties Customer service through email, text messaging, phone calls and in-person. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems. Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Coordinate scheduling and appointments for staff members and manage office calendars. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies. Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in financial reporting using QuickBooks. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration. Provide clerical support as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management. Requirements 5 years of excellent customer service experience. Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in a medical office setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential. Experience with human resources functions is a plus. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar budgeting software is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.
