Auvia Inc.is expanding and actively hiring a driven Frontier Team Member to join our team.In this role, you will represent Frontier's telecommunications services in a retail environment, engaging directly with customers to provide information, answer questions, and support new enrollments.As a Frontier Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering a positive, in-person customer experience while contributing to overall sales performance and brand representation.Frontier offers services such as internet, phone, and connectivity solutions to retail customers , and your role will be to help customers understand and choose the best options for their needs.At Auvia Inc., we prioritize hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and a team-oriented environment that supports long-term career development.What You'll Do as a Frontier Team Member Represent Frontier inside a retail setting, providing professional and engaging face-to-face customer interactions Educate customers on available services, promotions, and product options through in-person conversations Assist customers through the enrollment and sales process from start to finish Maintain a strong understanding of current offers and effectively communicate value to customers Track daily performance and contribute insights to improve outreach and sales results Follow all client guidelines to ensure compliance and accurate brand representation Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned on goals and updates Why Join Auvia Inc.Comprehensive training program with hands-on support and daily coaching Clear growth opportunities into leadership and management roles Collaborative team environment focused on development and performance Real-world experience working with a nationally recognized telecommunications brand Skill-building in customer service, communication, and sales What We're Looking For in a Frontier Team Member High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and people skills Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Positive attitude and ability to engage confidently with customers Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the retail location daily Pay:$800.00 - $1,100.00 per week Work Location:In person.
