What You'll Do as a Frontier Team Member: Engage directly with new and existing customers, creating welcoming, professional interactions while identifying their telecommunications needs and recommending tailored Frontier solutions. Deliver a consultative, customer-first sales approach that mirrors a high-end retail or hospitality experience. Execute personalized sales strategies, track performance metrics, and consistently achieve weekly and monthly goals. Build strong, lasting customer relationships through impactful product presentations and solution-based conversations. Collaborate with a team of Frontier Team Members to share best practices, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Follow Frontier's compliance standards to ensure respectful, professional, and confidential customer interactions. Provide post-sale support, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless experience that drives satisfaction and brand loyalty. What You Bring to the Team as a Frontier Team Member: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or account support. A passion for people, communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in face-to-face interactions. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. A positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in sales, leadership, and business development.Pay:$800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits: Paid training Work Location:In person.
