Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and meal preparation, with experience using commercial fryers. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food handling techniques. Skills Experience as a Fry Cook in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of safe food handling practices within the food industry. Strong communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with kitchen staff and management.
