Responsibilities Prepare a variety of fried menu items with attention to detail, consistency, and quality standards Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment Assist in meal preparation, including breading, seasoning, portioning, and cooking ingredients to order Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including equipment and utensils Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Support menu planning efforts by providing feedback on dish execution and ingredient needs Adhere to dietary department guidelines and assist in catering or special event food preparations as needed Qualifications Previous dietary aide or dietary department experience is highly desirable Experience working in a restaurant or fine dining setting, with strong kitchen skills Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including frying, knife skills, and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required Join us and bring your culinary passion to life!
