Full-Time Receptionist St. Mary's Ambulatory Surgery Center is a leading multispecialty surgery center in Richmond, VA, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and efficient environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Assist with insurance verification and billing processes. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism. Longevity in past roles.
