About The Role We're hiring a Fuel Construction Foreman to lead field operations and oversee job site activities from start to finish. This role is responsible for supervising crews and subcontractors, coordinating daily construction activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role in delivering successful projectsbalancing safety, schedule, and productivity while representing Tait professionally on every job site. Training & Travel Requirements all company travel expenses covered Initial Training: ~4 weeks in Richardson, TX (2550% overnight travel) After Training: 5075% overnight travel, sometimes 23 weeks at a time during peak seasons (weekends may be required) What You'll Do Oversee and actively participate in daily field operations Supervise job site personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and correctly Coordinate materials, equipment rentals, and deliveries Inspect materials and equipment for quality and accuracy upon arrival Schedule and meet with inspectors; manage inspection process Conduct and document daily safety meetings and enforce safety compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site Monitor project schedules, labor hours, and productivity Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Construction Managers Document job progress, including daily photo reporting Report incidents,
