Fuel Operations Manager Job Category: Fuel Requisition Number: FUELO004363 Posted: April 3, 2026 Full-Time On-site Corporate Office 160 N Stephanie St Henderson, NV 89074, USA Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure the 24/7 execution of fuel operations, coordinate daily dispatching of fuel, managing and maintaining the operations of designated common carrier fleet; (This will require some nights and weekends). Ensure fuel-pricing strategies are executed per Company standards; Analyze fuel metrics and trends and prepare action plans to address areas of opportunity; Order Brand elements, ensure adherence and schedule repairs to maintain Brand standards; Collaborate with operations teams to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations for brands Mystery Shop program; Schedule site visits with our dealer customers two times per month; Collaborate with General Manager of Crawford Oil; daily to discuss fuel strategy, areas of opportunity, and any new business relative to the offered Brand; Ensure that all company equipment is in compliance with local and state requirements. Any other duties as assigned by General Manager of Crawford Oil. Experience and Education: Required: Previous customer service experience; Possess at least 1-3 years of Transportation/Logistics experience or equivalent experience/education; Accurate/detail oriented; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate excel skills; Class C Driver's License; High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Convenience store experience; Fuel dispatch experience; Inventory experience; Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or univer
