About the Company:B.T.R.NATION is a fast-growing snack company that makes low sugar, simple ingredient snacks.We sell our products online, on Amazon, and in retailers nationwide.About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator - DTC to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) fulfillment operations.This role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, kitted, and shipped with minimal errors.The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with computers and fulfillment software, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment where precision and efficiency are critical.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily DTC order fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Verify order accuracy and quality control to maintain minimal packing errors Manage and execute product kitting and bundling efficiently for promotional or multi-item orders Support warehouse manager in organizing inventory flow, storage, and fulfillment processes Maintain high standards for attention to detail and order verification Use warehouse management systems and computer tools to process, track, and manage orders Identify opportunities to improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency in DTC fulfillment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and order warehouse fulfillment when needed Qualifications 1years experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Comfortable using computers and fulfillment software (Shopify, ShipStation, Excel, etc.) Ability to kit orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift packages and stand/walk for extended periods Must be reliable and on time What Success Looks Like Orders shipped accurately and on time with minimal fulfillment errors Efficient kitting and packing workflows that maintain quality and speed Organized warehouse processes that support smooth daily operations A reliable fulfillment system that delivers an excellent customer experience 20-30 hours to start with opportunity to become full-time.Pay:From $25.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
