Fulfillment Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Worker to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders, picking and packing products, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify order accuracy and ensure correct items and quantities are packed Label packages and prepare shipments according to company procedures Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Requirements Ability to work in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment Ability to lift and move packages up to 40-50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking experience is a plus but not required Preferred Experience Warehouse Associate Order Picker / Packer Shipping & Receiving Fulfillment Center experience Pay:$22.60 - $27.20 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
