Full Charge Bookkeeper

Overview We are seeking as a part time position, a highly organized and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper. Responsibilities Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role with comprehensive knowledge of accounting practices. Oversee complete bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll management, and bank account reconciliations Manage payroll processing using systems such as Workyard and Quickbooks. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations using QuickBooks. Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and ensure data entry accuracy with attention to detail. Requirements Proficiency in software such as QuickBooks and Excel a must. Work Yard and House Call Pro very helpful Understanding of P&L and Balance sheet financial statements Excellent math skills coupled with strong attention to detail for precise data entry and financial recordkeeping Effective communication skills in working with clients, vendors and company employees. Professional and reliable with strong work ethic. Familiarity with construction company partial and final release of liens helpful.
