We support industries including construction, landscaping, general contracting, repossession, ecommerce, restaurants, and property management. Role Description Unique opportunity to support small business clients across multiple industries, including restaurants, retail, ecommerce, construction, real estate, professional services and more! We are looking for a team-oriented problem-solver that can provide maintenance of the daily accounting functions for our clients, including the recording of debits and credits, account reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, payroll, budgeting and other full charge bookkeeping responsibilities. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management knowledge is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Quickbooks Online and third-party technology preferred. Looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial and team attitude. Extremely flexible work/life balance. Ability to communicate with clients and maintain relationships is key. Qualifications 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience Proficiency in Journal Entries and GAAP Experience with QuickBooks Online is required Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills Professional certifications such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor or similar are a plus
