Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Controller Location:Warminster, PA (Onsite) Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience) Experience:5years full-charge bookkeeping / accounting with HR support About the Role Work closely with ownership to manage all day-to-day accounting functions, from AP/AR and general ledger to month-end close and internal reporting.Support HR processes including payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration, while maintaining accurate financial and employee records.Requirements 5years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar accounting role Strong ERP/accounting system knowledge (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) HR experience including payroll, onboarding, and employee record management Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Preferred:manufacturing or construction environment, job costing, work-in-process tracking Perks & Benefits Competitive salary with room for growth Full-time onsite role with stability and visibility Exposure to leadership and cross-functional business processes Medical, Dental & Vision PTO, holidays, and retirement benefits Direct contact with ownership and management for career progression.
