As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to developing new client relationships and closing placements. Key Responsibilities: Client Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruiting solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Job Matching: Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings based on their skills, experience, and career goals. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and contract agreements. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and updated candidate pipeline using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Market Research: Stay informed about ind
