We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who knows how to open doors, win clients, and close deals. Someone who understands what it takes to deliver those promises through recruiting. This is a true 360 role: you will own business development and manage the full recruitment desk for the accounts you bring in. Your clients value this distinction Small enough to know your name; established enough to have the infrastructure and reputation Collaborative daily team environment Build and own your book of business with real earning potential Mission-driven culture aligned with DEI values What You'll Do Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus) Prospect and win new clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events Meet prospective clients via phone, video, and in-person to assess needs and craft tailored staffing solutions Negotiate rates and contract terms; own the client relationship from first call through successful placement Build and maintain an active, growing pipeline of client accounts Develop strategies to expand business within existing accounts while capturing new logos Recruiting & Delivery (Full Desk) Manage the full recruitment life cycle for your client accounts, including sourcing, screening, submitting, and closing Utilize job boards, social media, internal ATS (JobDiva), referrals, headhunting, and more Prepare and debrief candidates at every stage; counsel on offers and counteroffers Recruit for permanent and contract positions across all levels and skill sets Support team recruiting efforts and participate in daily team meetings What You Bring Required 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry with a proven track record of business development AND placements Demonstrated success winning and managing client accounts for both permanent and contract staffing needs Full life-cycle recruiting experience with emphasis on the NJ / NY / PA market Experience recruiting for government contracts, VMS, and direct clients Proficiency with MS Office Suite, JobDiva or similar ATS, job boards, social media recruiting tools, and AI Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (travel to clients required) Who You Are A hunter by nature.
