In this role, you'll be the key to creating sparkling clean, welcoming homes that clients love.Your energy and attention to detail will ensure each space is spotless, sanitized, and beautifully maintained.Whether you're helping with routine cleaning or special projects, your efforts will make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to achieve high standards of cleanliness.Maintain sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to promote a healthy living environment.Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces pristine.Use janitorial and custodial experience to manage waste disposal and replenish supplies as needed.Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes and addressing any special requests or concerns professionally.Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and sanitation practices.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Experience with custodial responsibilities or housekeeper management is a plus.Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout shifts.Join us to help create beautiful homes while enjoying a rewarding work environment that values your skills!
