As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and develop high-quality web applications, enhance enterprise product features, and contribute across the full SDLC. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and serve as a technical leader on key projects. The Senior Full Stack Developer will: Design, develop, debug, and test web-enabled interfaces for DSS products. Enhance existing product features, build new modules, and contribute to new product development. Participate in project planning, product maintenance, system enhancements, and rapid issue resolution. Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and best practices. Serve as the primary development point of contact for one or more projects. Additional Responsibilities: Adhere to established development and documentation standards. Provide timely technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, version notes, and user guides. Communicate effectively across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams. Travel occasionally (up to 25%) based on business and client needs. Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high-risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training. Required Skills: Must have proficient experience in professional software development Hands-on experience developing web applications Strong proficiency with HTML5 JavaScript CSS C# .NET Delphi SQL Server Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members Strong attention to detail Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Preferred Skills: Experience designing or developing EHR or healthcare software Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify and remove barriers to progress Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Preferred: Master's degree in a related field Certifications: ( Preferred) MCSD or equivalent advanced certifications in Web or Mobile Application Development Other relevant software engineering certifications Years of experience in a similar role: 6+ years of professional software development experience 3+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications Compensation: Salary at DSS Inc is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requireme
