Job Description
Upside is hiring for an experienced Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer who can navigate the entire stack, from building new pages on our React dashboard, to setting up new Django backend APIs to power them, and building new LLM powered data analysis agents to deliver insights to our customers. We're looking for someone that is excited to bridge multiple systems, and brings a keen eye for good UX and design to the customer facing systems we build. About Upside Upside is solving the B2B go-to-market problem with AI. We unify, structure, and use AI to enhance GTM data. Our team is ex-Branch ($4b valuation, $100m+ ARR), and we're seed-stage, moving fast, and partnering closely with well-known companies as design partners to shape the product. Description About Upside Upside (https://upside.tech) is building a next-generation knowledge engine, tackling a problem nearly every B2B company struggles with but few have solved: figuring out what's actually working in their go-to-market efforts. Our founding team were previously founders and early employees at Branch, scaling it to over $100M in revenue and a $4B valuation. Upside has already raised a substantial first round from top-tier investors like XYZ and Emerson Collective and is currently part of HF0 (https://hf0.com/), the most selective startup residency program in the world.
