Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malang for the position of Owner at Rayz UMM Hotel. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the hotel, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and achieving business growth objectives. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing budgets, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The role also includes monitoring market trends, implementing effective marketing and sales strategies, and leading initiatives for continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams to achieve organizational goals Strategic planning and financial management expertise to oversee budgets, allocate resources, and drive profitability Strong communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners Knowledge of hospitality operations and industry trends, with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences Proficiency in marketing, business development, and sales strategy implementation to attract and retain clientele Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Prior management experience in the hospitality industry or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline is preferred
