Here at Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments for our swimmers and our team. We're opening a brand-new location in Springfield, Delaware County, and we're looking for energetic, coachable people who love working with kids and want to grow with us. As a Swim Associate, your primary role is teaching swim lessons - but if you enjoy the customer-facing side of things, there are opportunities to support the front desk as well. Either way, this is a place where you can build real skills and move up.
