Job Description
ABC Healthcare, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Bilingual EMT or LVN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department in partnership with Grifols. In this role, you will provide direct, hands-on clinical care to a diverse patient population, supporting both urgent and ongoing medical needs in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will perform comprehensive patient intake and assessment, obtain and document vital signs, assist with triage, and deliver treatments within your scope of practice as an EMT or LVN. Responsibilities may include administering medications and injections as ordered, starting IVs (where permitted by license and protocol), performing wound care and basic life support interventions, collecting laboratory specimens, preparing patients for procedures, and assisting providers during exams. You will communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families in both English and another prevalent local language, ensuring understanding of care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up appointments. As a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, you will collaborate closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other clinical staff to coordinate safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You will maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, adhere strictly to infection control protocols, and follow all regulatory, safety, and ethical standards. This role may involve limited community outreach or follow-up calls, contributing to continuity of care and patient education. ABC Healthcare fosters a supportive and inclusive workplace where teamwork, compassion, and continuous learning are valued; you will have opportunities to expand your skills through training, quality improvement initiatives, and exposure to innovative approaches in patient care. Working at ABC Healthcare means helping to improve patient outcomes while benefiting from competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, and a culture that recognizes and rewards your commitment to excellent care. If you are a bilingual EMT or LVN who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives every day, we invite you to apply.
