Our Budtenders provide inviting and positive experiences for all customers, and make specific product recommendations based on the customers needs and preferences. We are looking for the most enthusiastic, responsible, and professional cannabis connoisseurs to ensure we provide the best customer service in the cannabis industry. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour/depending on experience. Bilingual preferred. Essential Job Functions: Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc. to get products for customers from shelves of varying heights and locations Required Duties: Provide a welcoming, memorable, personal customer experience to all of our visitors. Build rapport with customers by identifying their specific needs and preferences with respect to cannabis products, and make helpful recommendations that pertain to those needs/preferences. Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge to share features, benefits, and care instructions with customers; provide demonstrations to customers as needed/appropriate. Ensure customers know about any specials, promotions, reward programs, etc. that may pertain to their interests. Accurately complete, on a consistent basis, all Point of Sale (POS) transactions, including properly applying promotions, discounts, rewards points, etc. Follow all cash-handling and inventory control
