Arrow Building Center is seeking a reliable, safety-focused CDL Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics operations by delivering building materials and related products to our customers and branch locations. In this role, you will operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while providing exceptional service and maintaining Arrow Building Center’s reputation for dependability and professionalism. You will load and unload materials, secure loads for safe transport, follow designated routes and delivery schedules, and complete accurate delivery documentation and logs. As part of the Transportation & Logistics department, you will work closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries. You will conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs promptly, and adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety policies, including hours-of-service rules. The role requires consistent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a variety of delivery environments, including residential, commercial, and construction sites. You will represent Arrow Building Center with professionalism at every stop, assisting customers courteously, answering basic product or delivery questions, and escalating any service or safety concerns to the appropriate team members. This position involves physical activity, including lifting and moving building materials, climbing in and out of trucks, and working in varying weather conditions.
