Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server, who is at least 21 years old , to join our team at The Baker's Box LLC. Located in a bustling area, this role is essential for delivering outstanding dining experiences to our customers. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of our café. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Make Specialty beverages Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is a plus, but nor necessary. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
