Job Description
A busy process serving company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Secretary / Data Entry Clerk / Intake Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities Include: · Responding to client emails · Printing and organizing legal documents · Entering legal documents into our database accurately · Scanning and emailing documents to process servers throughout the state · Answering incoming telephone calls · Processing invoices and assisting with general office duties Qualifications: · Accurate and proficient typing skills · Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PDF · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment · Professional communication skills This is an entry-level full-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.
