Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at The Boathouse Grille located at 234 John Wise Ave, Essex, MA 01929. We are offering this position as part-time or full-time. This role is essential in ensuring that our dining area operates smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. Responsibilities Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Supervise and train dining room staff, including servers and bartenders, to deliver excellent customer service. Manage the POS system, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to health standards.
