Full-Time Housekeeper / Babysitter - Teaneck, NJ Location: Teaneck, NJ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Compensation: $25-$28 per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Paid vacation and paid holidays Position Type: Long-term About the Position A very kind, thoughtful, and generous family in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a full-time housekeeper/babysitter to support their household.The family has three children and is expecting a fourth baby soon.This role is primarily housekeeping-focused (approximately 80%) , while provideing a second set of hands in the evening as needed.After the baby arrives, the mother will be home on maternity leave through December 2026 , and the baby will later attend daycare.This is a stable, long-term position for someone who enjoys maintaining a well-run home and supporting a growing family.Responsibilities Housekeeping (Primary Focus) Daily cleaning and upkeep of the family home Laundry:washing, folding, organizing, and putting away Keeping all areas of the home clean, organized, and running smoothly Maintaining household systems and noticing what needs attention Occasional assistance with cooking or meal prep Childcare Support (Secondary) Helping with children as needed after school and while parents are home Being a helpful extra set of hands in a busy household Ideal Candidate Has a strong eye for cleaning and organization Takes pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient home Is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently Enjoys supporting a family and being part of a team Has prior housekeeping experience; childcare experience is a plus Is looking for a long-term, stable position Compensation & Benefits $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience Paid vacation Paid holidays Respectful, supportive work environment with a truly kind, warm and generous family who are lovely to work with Pay:$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Housekeeping:3 years (Required) Childcare:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
