FULL TIME HVAC Commercial/Residential Technician

Job Title: FULL TIME HVAC Commercial/Residential Service Technician(s) and Installers Location: Most job locations are a 20–25 mile radius from our shop location Service Tech Job Duties: Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment repairs Perform routine preventative maintenance on our maintenance program Maintain clean vehicle Follow safety protocols Respond to emergency requests Communicate with customers with clear and accurate information Collaborate with co-workers to ensure optimum success Minimal On-Call requirements 1 Weeknight every other week/1 Weekend on-call rotation (every 12-14 weeks)/1 Holiday Service Tech Position-Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (2+ years) Motivated self-starter who wants to grow with us Service Tech Position- BONUS Qualifications: Previous experience with light commercial refrigeration service Previous experience/certification in Generac generators Installer Position Job Duties: Furnace & A/C Installations Boiler/Water Heater Installations Generator Installations HVAC/Rooftop Installations Ducting/Gas Piping/Wiring Installations Maintain clean company vehicle Follow safety protocols Communicate with customers with clear and accurate information Collaborate with co-workers to ensure optimum success Installer Position - Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (2+ years) Motivated self-starter who wants to grow with us General Employment Qualifications: Comfort with technology (apps, tablets, WiFi, etc) Excellent communication skills Universal Refrigerant EPA handling Certificate Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Comfortable with crawlspace/attic/rooftop work locations Within 30-40 minutes’ drive of our shop location at 2608 W Liberty Rd Ann Arbor MI 48103 Working Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with an insurable good driving record Pass pre-employment drug/background screening Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Life PTO 401K with company match (up to 3%) STD/LTD Yearly company uniform allowance Company tablet (Service) Phone reimbursement Paid training Tuition Assistance for job related college courses Company vehicle (Service) Growth Opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Experience: HVAC: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
