We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms. Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time, hybrid opportunity with one of our client firms. Attorney Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel Assist with case strategy and development Collaborate with medical experts and other professionals to support claims Handle EUOs, recorded statements, and related litigation tasks Maintain communication with clients and ensure case progression Attorney Requirements: Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida 4–7+ years of personal injury experience Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters Proven ability to negotiate and secure favorable outcomes Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills Excellent communication and client management skills Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume caseload Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Compensation: Base salary: $125,000 – $165,000 Performance-based bonuses available We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!
