We have an open full-time Photo Lab Technician position at our Westside location.This is a Monday-Friday work schedule.A Film Minilab Developing Technician operates automated, specialized equipment to process, develop, and scan photographic film C-41 They ensure precise chemical management, quality control, and, frequently, digital scanning and editing of images.Roles require strong attention to detail, maintaining equipment, and handling customer orders promptly.Lab technicians must be quality conscious at all times and strive to deliver the best finished product to The Camera Company's customers.The ideal candidate will have:Basic photographic/photo-finishing knowledge obtained through specialized classes or hands-on mini-lab operations.Position requires mixing of chemistry, knowledge of film developing is preferred.Basic knowledge of film scanning and folder management.Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.Strong multitasking and time management skills.Basic Lightroom or Photoshop skills Sufficient eyesight for determining color, density, quality and for performing the detail tasks of photo-finishing.From the owner:This position requires a lot of juggling, delegating, and task management.You should be able to successfully carry out most day to day operations independently after training.While this position can depend heavily on individual performance, working well with the team and communicating effectively to accomplish goals is of utmost importance.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Work Location:In person.
