Department:Housekeeping / Laundry Reports To:Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor Position Summary The Seasonal Laundry Attendant is responsible for supporting the laundry operation during the club's busy summer season.This role ensures that all linens, towels, and laundry items are properly washed, dried, folded, and organized to maintain the club's high standards of cleanliness and service.This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining an organized laundry area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sort linens, towels, and other laundry items by type, color, and washing requirements.Operate commercial washers and dryers according to proper procedures.Fold, stack, and organize clean linens and towels.Maintain organization of the linen closet and laundry storage areas.Monitor laundry supplies and report low inventory to the supervisor.Remove lint from dryers and clean washer drain traps regularly.Identify and report damaged or stained linens.Assist housekeeping team with linen distribution as needed.Keep the laundry room clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.Additional Responsibilities Assist with organizing linens by size and type.Help maintain the overall cleanliness of employee areas including the laundry room and linen storage spaces.Support the housekeeping team during high-volume periods as needed.Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift up to 30-40 pounds.Strong attention to detail and organization.Reliable and punctual with good attendance.Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.Physical Requirements Standing for long periods of time.Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.Ability to work in a warm laundry environment..
