Legend Manufacturing Inc seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management at our manufacturing plant. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, direct a team of technicians, manage CMMS, coordinate equipment repairs and upgrades, and ensure minimal downtime across production lines. Responsibilities include managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, safety and compliance programs, and capital projects. You will partner closely with operations and engineering to improve equipment reliability, support continuous improvement, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
