Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a Sales Agent to drive telecommunications sales within our Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced, performance-driven contact center role, you will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, qualify leads, and convert opportunities across voice and digital channels. You’ll explain telecom products and plans, tailor solutions using data and customer insights, and consistently meet or exceed sales and quality metrics. Working in an inclusive, collaborative culture, you’ll use CRM and omnichannel tools, follow best-practice processes, and continuously build your skills through coaching and training.
