Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Gainesville, Florida. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. This includes familiarity with restorative nursing programs, FIM/Section GG documentation, and Medicare/Medicaid documentation standards. Ability to use common therapy equipment found in SNFs, including Hoyer lifts, tilt tables, gait trainers, and adaptive seating systems, preferred. Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
