Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Pennsylvania state PT license required to start the assignment. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Clinical experience treating geriatric patients and managing rehabilitation plans of care preferred. Ability to document electronically in EHR systems. Experience with common SNF documentation platforms preferred. Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
