Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Revere, Massachusetts. Physical Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required. Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall prevention protocols, and discharge planning preferred. Documentation experience in electronic medical records required. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
