Receptionist – Infiniti Dealership We’re looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first smiling face and voice customers experience when they walk in or call our Infiniti dealership. Key Responsibilities Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner as soon as they arrive Answer and direct incoming phone calls quickly and politely Schedule service appointments using our dealership management system Check customers in for service and notify advisors when they arrive Handle cash, credit, and payment transactions for service visits Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area Provide excellent customer service and answer basic dealership questions Support the service and parts teams with administrative tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Previous receptionist or customer service experience (dealership experience is a plus) Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a busy, fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work Saturdays What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Full benefits package Employee discount on parts and service Stable, long-term opportunity at a premium Infiniti dealership If you’re outgoing, organized, and love making people feel welcome, come join our team!
