Our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts is looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our family as a Retail Sales Associate .This position is for full-time employees with availability to work between our Hamilton, MT and Darby, MT NAPA stores. Hamilton: 1659 N 1st St #12, Hamilton, MT 59840 Darby: 3328 DVN Ln, Darby, MT 59829 Our key to serving the community begins with our Retail Sales Associates by showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn.We depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality, and service.We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs Helping team members when working with customers Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems Learning about the always changing world of automotive Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Regular, reliable, predictable attendance Full time position must be available to work any days of the week Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Positive attitude and professional conduct Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Must be 18 years or older WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU- $15-$20 DOE Generous Benefit Package offered at 3 months of service (Medical, Dental, Vision), additional benefits at 1 year of service Wonderful brand that employs wonderful people Stable company means a stable job A unique work experience - No two days are the same at NAPA!
